Your doctor may allow you to have some medications on repeat prescription without being seen, but your doctor will still wish to review your condition from time to time.
Please allow up to 48 hours for us to process your request.
If you have to order a repeat prescription please telephone (0191) 478 3688 between the hours of 11.00am and 4.00pm (Monday to Friday).
Please help the receptionist by giving as much information as possible as this helps to avoid errors being made.
Plan ahead to avoid running out!
If you would like your prescription posted to you, we are happy to do this but please enclose a stamped addressed envelope.
Online Prescriptions
You can now order your repeat prescriptions online.
To use EMIS Patient Access you will need a Practice ID number and Access ID number which is obtained from the practice, and, in conjunction with a password, will be unique to you. Login to Patient Access
Prescription/Medication Delivery
Prescription and medications can be delivered to your door by many local pharmacies. This service is available if you are terminally ill, housebound or genuinely too ill to attend your pharmacy. Please contact your local pharmacy for information on this service.
